Larry understands what customer service means. He is patient and explains what is happening . He makes sure the customer is taken care of from the moment he greets you! I have only had one other service rep who had a “heartfelt” commitment to their position . Larry is great! Thank you, Larry!

I walked in the service check- in area and was treated like a thief. An employee with no name tag asked me belligerently if I had an appointment several times even though I already said yes. Another employee with no name tag approached me and asked me again if I had an appointment and wanting a proof. So I scrolled through my emails but before I could find it he said let me check it and asked for my last name. He entered it on a computer screen and told me I’m checked in. Hence, proof of appointment was not necessary but I was treated suspiciously and with disdain. Amy Beyer approached me with friendly demeanor. I told her what I just negatively experienced. She said thank you for telling me. Eventually, my vehicle is ready for pick up. Amy Beyer handed me my key and service paperwork. Completely trusting everything was completely performed even though water was visible on the whole exterior of the vehicle. I proceeded to drive home but the supposedly water on my front windshield and windows were not drying up. I stopped and checked. It’s clear chemical sprayed on the whole car. Checking the exterior, it was not even washed and rinsed at all. The water on the exterior when I left the service department was just for deception that it was car washed. When I got home, I washed my car right away since the concentrate chemical sprayed on the vehicle would damage the paint and rubber parts . The concentrate chemical sprayed on my front windshield endangered my safety on the road diminishing my vision. Also, all tire valve stem caps were very loose. Amy Beyer did not perform final check up of my vehicle when she released it to me. This service experience was very negative contrary to values of Lexus . My trust on this dealership is very diminished especially it endangered my safety on the road that can lead to simple accident or fatalities.
