All was good except for the waiting room experience. Some wacko came in and started a political rant. I finally told him very calmly that I wasn’t interested in talking about that and looked away. It wasn’t very pleasant.

We were lied to by a dealership in Daytona Florida, who told us that we had lifetime oil changes and a full warranty on our vehicle. Turns out we were lied to. When your staff let us know about the issue, nothing was done to rectify it. So at this point Toyota has lost a customer.
