Steve and Shawn are the best! Super knowledgeable and kind. Steve even arranged for my granddaughter to get a treat when I picked up my car because he found out she missed Halloween. He and Ms. Jackie were so kind. I buy Toyota because of their service.

Upon first bringing the issue with my hatch to Steve’s attention, he informed me of the timeline for when I could expect my vehicle to be serviced. He saw me when I brought my vehicle in to check my tire pressure and he personally stopped me to give me another update on my part and informed me it would be available within the next week and that I would receive a message asking me to call to make an appointment. He met me when I brought my vehicle in and handed me my key when the work was completed and I signed off on it.

I was told it had been in an accident and it was our of line so my bumper will pop out again. They were very nice and helpful but I was not told about this issue when I bought the car. Sales just kept telling me to drive the car for a couple of years then try to trade it in. So for 2 years I have to drive a car I hate just waiting for the bumper to fall off. I felt trapped into getting this car a Yaris when the state of my mind was in such a mess. My cousin died in June my goddaughter was killed in July and my apartment building was sold and my rent went up $200. I had 4 people around me and I was about to panic because I am cloister phobic. I needed someone to tell me to go home and take some time to think about this. No one said that. I traded in a RAV4 which I loved. It was a 2021. This Yaris is a 2016 and they over charged me for it. I’m not happy with Toyota and will probably go somewhere else in the future.
