Service doesn’t keep you informed with contract and how much it cost. Mr Lewis Palmer explained things to me. My Honda advantage really wasn’t worth the money. They didn’t do recall on seat. The mirror on passenger side is wrong I don’t know if they replaced. Service girl had no knowledge of what was going on. Price was over rated. No reason to over price someone.

The person who checked me out didn’t go over the cost of the services so he processed a pmt and then I asked for details which is when I realized the service plan I purchased wasn’t being used. As long as I’ve been coming (2021) I’ve never had to tell the service rep that I have a plan. They knew it and I had never been charged. This time I was. He was able to refund me but not before he initially said I’d need to call my extended warranty dept and he could speak to them. I didn’t feel he wanted to look into the system until I was very direct that it was what I purchased when I bought my car. He then looked and found it and said he could process the refund but didn’t apologize instead I left feeling it was my fault even tho I had never been told to communicate it in the past since 2021. So maybe it was my fault. Mistakes happen that’s fine but it was how he immediately responded that upset me. Be willing to immediately look into it rather than be quick to put it off on something else (the client or a warranty) then communicate accurate information. The person who serviced my car did great and was quick.

I was traveling alone when I was made aware of it problem with my car. To my amazement your dealership was right there in Shelby as I was driving thru. Your staff was SO nice and helpful and made me feel very confident they would and could help me. The problem was taken care of and I was on my way in a reasonable amount of time.
