The workers were very nice but I disagree with the policy of the $99 diagnostic fee when you choose Honda to fix the problem! I believe that if Honda truly stood behind their product and their quality of work, this wouldn’t happen. It is entirely an unnecessary charge. I ordered a brand new car and in 1 1/2 years I’ve already had to spend $1200 in repairs. I will be selling my Honda and not purchasing another one.
Again the team, was very nice and professional. I am just not satisfied with Honda in general.
