I scheduled for a vehicle inspection and was told at the very end of my service that the machine was not working after I had waited an hour. Trying to schedule the service was also a nightmare. I called many times, messages were left with no call back. Not even a next day call back.
I bought my car at the dealership in 2016, and have always been very satisfied. Lately the service is declining, there are 70 and 100 dollar charges to even check for a problem. I do not normally leave negative reviews or comments, but the service department has gotten worse each year.

Arretta was very proud to me on May 22nd when I brought my car in. This wasn’t the first time she had been rude but on that day she was very rude and wouldn’t let me finish talking or asking questions regarding my Honda. I was there for serval hours and everytime she came in the lobby to talk to me she was very rude and unprofessional. I had questions about my car and was very concern regarding the issue I was having that day with it and I continue to have with it.
