My service appointment was excellent. My concern is my safety with a recall & the lack of getting things handled. I had a similar situation with Ford with my previous car & they handled things expeditiously, even when the part took longer than expected to come in, they still handled things because my safety was their priority although it was the passenger airbag area recall.
