She was fine, we had a minor discrepancy on the original stated quote for my out the door price. No biggie, but now I have to come back so they can credit my acct the difference. When my wife gets home with the van, I noticed all 4 wheels were missing the air cap covers(which has never happened @Renaldo(again, no biggie) And lastly, this is something I don’t think y’all have ever done, atleast clean off the mess on the wheels from the install. Again this is not a big deal, it’s just something I think would go along ways with your customer satisfaction. Leaving the dealership after spending almost $1,200 on a new set of tires that actually were clean and not covered in dirt/grime and glue would be nice. I’ve been servicing my Hondas at Renaldo for many yrs now and usually have no issues, and again these were very minor, hopefully you can correct these going forward. Thank You!

Arretta was very good. However, I was very unhappy with having to pay $65 for a cabin air filter that can be purchased for $20 most anywhere else. It might not have the Honda name on it but is probably made in the same factory. Also, very unhappy with having to pay $30 for tire rotation. I would think there would be some benefit to purchasing the vehicle new at Renaldo. Also, the service manager was very smug and arrogant when I spoke with him about those issues. There is a very real possibility that I will not bring my two Honda's back to this dealership for service and when it's time to purchase another vehicle I will probably go somewhere else. This dealership has changed since I bought my first car back in 2015 and not for the good. It was also odd that there were several of us customers waiting to get our cars worked on that had it recommended to change the cabin air filter. Also, for an oil and filter change, tire rotation, and cabin filter change took over 2 hours, that is way too long. I hope you can correct your issues and take better care of your customers in the future, because if you don't you won't have any customers in the future as the word WILL spread.

The service agent (Audrey) was fine but overall the service was not. I had an oil change/tire rotation during which I received a text recommending an alignment and 4 new tires. However, no supporting information was provided. When I asked for that information they were not able to provide it. In fact I still don’t know what the thread depth is or whether my car is in alignment.

My service was fine. I am upset with the fact that my car was in the shop just a couple of months apart again and it is not even 2 years old. It doesn’t have that many miles. Extremely frustrated. It is practically brand new in car terms. I was without a car this last time for a couple of days. Using MY time to bring it in and pick it up. My family’s time driving me back and forth. And you wanna charge $25.00 a day for a car on loan to get back and forth. Ridiculous! My car is still under warranty. At this point I should not even be bringing my car in because it should be so new that there are not any problems. I swear if I have to bring it back in, for another issue in the next couple of months, I’ll be VERY upset!

My air is doing the same thing it was doing before when you repaired it. It did not blow any air for several days. It was working today. They tried to get me to buy an air recharge. That isn’t going to help if the blower is going out. I bought the extended warranty to be covered. I still had to pay a diagnostic fee because they said they couldn’t find anything. I have read that air conditioning problems are one of the biggest failures with the Honda brand. This was my first Honda purchase. I hope I don’t continue to have this problem.
