Service and everyone helping was great. Had an appointment and had to wait 2 hours for only an oil change and tire rotation. These services do not take this long especially with an appointment.

2 reasons: #1: I had maintenance done 2 days ago which included a tire rotation and alignment. Today I drove in and saw the board had my vehicle as needing aligned. I have no idea if it was done then or even today. I asked the gentleman to drive through again to see if states it’s now aligned. He kept showing me the paper showing numbers but I was told the same 2 days prior. The man would not drive in service door to show me it was aligned. Small request to ease my mind and feel better about my service there. #2 When part received I brought my vehicle back on for repair. An hour later I was called saying my truck was ready only to get back and find out it wasn’t even fixed. I was only told at pickup that they could not fix the sway bar links. The gentleman explained since the truck was lifted the part they ordered would not work. This was already checked 2 days ago when i brought my vehicle and viewed by the technician. To Oder a part they had to measure and know what size to order or I should have been told that Renaldo Honda could not make the repair before today. The gentleman then told me I had to take it for repair to whoever lifted the truck. This is not possible because the truck was already lifted when I bought it. The man appeared as though he did not want help me any further. I walked out not knowing what to do if your service department couldn’t make the repair. Pretty much turned away from your dealership. My husband said we would not be supporting nor recommending Renaldo Honda if your service department cannot repair a Honda vehicle. Just disappointed. The lady who checked me in was very nice. I was offered a loaner vehicle since my car had recalls. But it wasn’t a loaner. It was going to cost me $45. That is a rental. Not a loaner. I opted out because they said it would take 1 1/2 hours. I thought that would be ok. It took 3 hours. I missed work and I could not get a bottle of water. The drink machine didn’t work. I asked for help and they said. “ sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t”. I am diabetic and went longer than expected for lunch and no water. Why would you offer a “loaner” and charge for it???
