I took my vehicle in to have my TPMS sensor checked. Was told over the phone. It would be complementary unless they had to run a diagnostic to dig deeper. Was told if they had to run the diagnostic they would come to me first because that would be a charge of $99.99. No one ever came and ask me anything. They done a complete vehicle check on my van. And then tried to charge me $178 and some change. Which I refuse to pay. They did not do what I asked them to do. They done something completely different. Then when I questioned him about the bill he told I’m not getting into this with you. I said this is not what you told me over the phone. And again he said, I’m not getting into this with you so I left the property.

Still haven’t got the car back yet it has suspension issues and has a brand new car and they are trying to get out of repairing the issue which is a big problem. Was going to buy another car while I was down there, but definitely will not be doing that now.
