I expressed that my vehicle needed to be completed by 2pm. It wasn't completed until 3pm.
My wife expressed concern that the android auto was not working in the vehicle and that matter was not serviced. I was supposed to receive a call about proceeding forward and I did not receive one. Very disappointed with todays service.

Treated great at Renaldo as usual.Only issue I had was not with service there but was with the state of NC.Because of some more red tape they were not able to do my annual inspection so I could get my new sticker on my plate.I had to call Kia dealer in Gastonia,NC and they squeezed me in the next morning.
