No I was not Susan wasted my time and money. I had to pay for a tow there and back. I emailed in which the email included my vin and mileage also advised of mileage on the phone and she daid she already had the vin in front of her. So apparently this email was forwarded there because she contacted me the next business day. I Was told by Susan that she had no knowledge of the 150k mileage for replacement.The Manager of the Kia portion advised me that Susan did know of the 150k mile extended warranty. At the end of the day I lost $150 on tow bills because Susan didn't do her job correctly. I want to be reimbursed for my troubles.
