I bought my vehicle on a rainy day so we agreed to detail at first service. The detail was done poorly. Grass and dirt not vacuumed and door jabs not wiped, patches of dirt still on outside paint. Wheels still had dirt not removed and tire dressing was half way out on. As for the service, it was quick and professional. The lady was great. I just expected after spending $35000, I should have had a better job cleaning the van. Saying this I will probably get my service done elsewhere from now on.
