Paid for an oil change I didn't ask for. Oil was changed one week prior to our visit. Sticker on windshield and oil counter should have clued them in. Vehicle was brought in for rear suspension noise not an oil change. Very hard to communicate with service dept. No one answered calls. Was told messages not delivered. Van dropped off on friday and spent ALL day Monday trying to get update. Writer was nice and polite. Service seems to be understaffed or over scheduled.

Had an appointment today for a recall. Waited an hour, then told me the part was not in. She found that out the night before. Why didn't someone notify me before I made the 40 minute drive, and missed work and used my gas. So now I have to let my parents bring my car in, can't miss work. I want to be reimbursed for my gas.
