Excellent service starting with Dana showing me how to reset a fault code. From there we discussed the mileage on my car and suggested some items may need to be serviced. When I arrived I was told that it would be a couple hours for the recall work to be done due to only having one tech available. My appointment was scheduled over a week in advance for 9:30 am. I didn't leave until 1 pm. However, staff was and always is, very courteous and offered me a car to use so I could get my errands done because I needed to be back in Valpo by 1:30 pm to make it to an event that I had at 2 pm in another town. Offering use of a car helped. Everything was good, I was just disappointed that the time ran over so much. If I had known, I may have rescheduled for when there was more than one tech available. We are always satisfied with the service we received. It's just that this time it was a little disappointing for the length of time.
