Brian was great, so very helpful and he even arranged a ride for me to pick up my vehicle. But my fear is that something is wrong with my vehicle that we haven’t determined. When I tried to start it the battery was fine but it wouldn’t start. But the mechanic determined it was the battery which he replaced and now it starts good. I fear that I will be traveling somewhere when this occurs again and I will have a big problem.

9:00 appointment. Arrived 8:45. Told 1 hour to fix. 10:40 got my car - drove it a few blocks and realized job wasn’t complete. Called Honda said my new mirror had not been calibrated and bring car back. My car was not ready until almost 1:30! Every other person had come and gone - even new ones were completed before mine. Absolutely no one kept me informed, explained what was taking so long. I complained when my car was finally ready. Said technician didn’t realize my mirror had a camera because I had duck taped it to secure it to the car. I will definitely share my experience with Honda. I will never use this service center again nor will I buy a car here. Over 5 hours and completely ignored. My family and I have been loyal Honda customers since the 1970’s. Never again. Just left a senior sitting for 5 hours without any communication or support for what I was told would be a 1 hour job. When I scheduled this, I was told I needn’t make any arrangements for a ride, so I was stuck. I will speak to management Monday as I was told no manager on duty on Saturday.
