On 11/24/24, I received correspondence from Honda that my 2024 HR-V had a "SAFETY RECALL" due to an "improperly manufactured electronic power steering (EPS) gearbox worm wheel and improperly set worm gear spring." I made an appointment with my Honda dealer for it to be repaired. The dealership took possession of my vehicle on time, repaired the identified problem, and returned my vehicle to me in a timely manner. The staff were friendly and the waiting area was comfortable. I have not had any other ussues with my HR-V and was quite satisfied with my experience.
