It wasn’t service it was new car pick up I will be using your dealer for service for my new car Everyone was super nice - but their were a few hiccups Not a full tank of gas in the car on delivery (Which I had to hear about all the way home - The intern said he would remedy but by the time we got there it should have been done already ) It took quite a bit of time looking for the 2nd key. The protective film over the radio was gone - I need to order a screen protector for it, The Buick I traded in still had the original screen protector from the dealer Almost 300 miles on the car when the contract states 80 All the bells and whistles training - the intern was very nice But my grandson (6th grade) showed me more than he knew . Hopefully your service team is great b/c that’s why I went with Bosak Instead of Team Honda , as with my experience with my mom at Bosak Ford in Chesterton service department. They always treat her great . I expect to build a long relationship with Bosak Honda . Trevor was great - Rachel was great I love my new car Thank you As I said just few hiccups - but the overall buying experience was great . No pressure- you made a deal that worked for my budget And gave me a fair trade for my Buick
