Just checking my final bill, I notice a Fuel System service for $185 that I did not request and don't recall seeing in any of the preliminary estimates. Two, I was recommended to purchase a rear differential fluid change (described as "requiring immediate attention"). I now see the rear differential fluid was replaced on Feb. 28, 2022. Mileage since that service has been about 23K. Honda's site tells me the service is recommended every 30K to 60K miles. "Immediate attention" was not required it seems to me.
