Too long wait time for oil change!

It took me three days to make an oil appointment, the first day when I called. Nobody answered the phone. I left a voicemail stating I need oil change. The second day I called the same thing happened, the third day I called back to the receptionist she went back and got a hold of somebody. This is bad customer service. My son works for Bosak Honda, when I made appointments there I never had this ever happen. If you’re that busy, you need to get more help. I work for customer service and this is very unacceptable. I’ve always bought Hondas and I’ve never had this problem ever from service. The only reason I want to Bosak Toyota is because I bought a brand new Toyota RAV4, if I didn’t buy this I would never come back to Bosak Toyota. Things definitely need to change in your service department. This is very bad customer service, I can’t state this enough. Then when I called back the person said they called me to say the car was done and left a voicemail but I never received it. I called back around 1 pm to see if my car was done and of course nobody answered the phone again. So I called back and talk to the receptionist to see what was going on and see if my car was done, she said that they left a voicemail stayed in my car was done. Well, they left a voicemail. I should’ve received it, but I didn’t. Plus, I had an appointment at 10 AM for oil change then when I got there, they said they were backlogged so it took three hours to do an oil change when I had an appointment for 10 AM. If I’ve known this would take this long for an oil change out of drove two vehicles and dropped it off. Your shuttle service took me back home so I can get my other vehicle So that I can do some shopping for Christmas. If the service department would’ve told me, it would take this long for my first oil change. I definitely would’ve dropped it off, but the service department didn’t say anything. How long would it take? I think the service department should’ve told me for the first oil change it would take a while but they did not. Customer service for the service department needs to change because I’ll be going somewhere else and telling everybody else how bad services is at Bosak Toyota! That’s a shame that Bosak Toyota is like this, Bosak Honda is more friendlier and the service department is great. I can’t state this enough!
