Nikkie went out of her way to resolve my complaints but it should be noted that we were not satisfied with the customer service we received on Friday when my Corolla cross was serviced. I’ve been a loyal Toyota customer for nearly 10 years and I’ve never had such poor service.

The service person Nikki was great. The issue is that no one answers the phone. I tried calling multiple times for several weeks to schedule an appointment. I finally left a message. I used to be able to call and talk to someone but that seems to have changed.
