The person who checked us out had awful customer service. My vehicle was not working correctly he was trying to charge me another diagnosis fee and he did not even know what vehicle we were talking about. He was rude and condescending even after admitting he had the wrong vehicle. Horrible customer service.

Oil change was done incorrectly. Left the car stranded on a busy highway. 300$ tow bill to get it home to find out the oil filter wasn’t installed properly. Still waiting on the reimbursement on the tow bill and oil change. Offered next oil change free. Really?? Couldn’t do it right the first time. Said no damage was done to the engine. Only time will tell.
