If the clutch was bad , why would you recharge the system, isn’t there a test to see if the clutch works before you recharge it. It would have saved me $300.

Nikki was great, however, I had to return my car a couple days after service because there was oil running out-all over my garage floor. This visit was just an oil change. Apparently the oil plug wasn’t tightened down. I expect more from a Toyota service department, verses a Jiffy Lube, etc. Problem was rectified quickly, Nikki got me right in to fix it.

At the 10,000 mile service, the “service required” notification message on the dashboard was not turned off. I didn’t know how to turn it off so I had to return to have your staff turn it off. While it was a simple procedure for them, it meant a 60- minute round trip for me. I am retired and have the time, so it was not a huge inconvenience. But it was something the mechanic should have routinely done in the first place.
