Woke up to a presumed dead battery and I needed my car for work. Wanted to get permission to have my car towed there. Service center advertises online they open at 7:30 am. I requested online and called SEVERAL times only to get a managers voicemail. I had to wait till almost 9 am to get the car dealership who got the service center text me back. Once Nikki took over she was able to answer my concerns and get my car a new battery quick! Thank you!

Sometimes my air conditioner works and sometimes it doesn’t. Frustrating when it’s so hot. Please fix it so it works consistently. I will be calling until it is fixed. My bill was over $200 for this.
