I would like to submit a review for two employees. Nikkie Coffman at the service desk did an excellent job with the recall service on my Highlander. The bumper fell off in December 2023 and was repaired May 2024. She consistently updated me on the status of the fix until it was repaired. Thank you Nikkie. David in service messed up my day by sending me the following voicemail on Wednesday 5/29. Hi this is David the in service with Toyota I was calling you to update you on your Highlander everything is ready to go on it we've got your recalls taken care of and the bumper painted and replaced and all the other trim pieces that broke with that so that's covered the warranty as far as your tire concern goes there's no safety issues with your tire there's no issues at all with it Toyota is not gonna warranty your tires and that you're not gonna have any issues I just got a little bit scuffed up so there's nothing you need to worry about there if you have any questions you can call us back here at ****-****-xxxx otherwise you can stop on by by 530 to pick up…” The problem for me was I left my job early that day went to my wife’s workplace to trade cars and return the loaner. When I got to Bosak I saw that the bumper was not completely replaced and the missing part had to be ordered. I’m told the vehicle is ready now. So I’ll get it tomorrow Saturday. ANDREA HERREA WAS PHENOMENAL from start to finish and I was not the most polite customer but she remained patient and answered all my questions. The rest of the team was very friendly as well and all interacted . This place deserves an award!!!! 10/10 recommended ????
