I have waited too long for oil change. Totally Unacceptable, unreasonable amount of time.
Somebody must oversee service department to make sure customers do not have to wait too long , two hours waiting time, just for engine oil change. I am totally unsatisfied. I will never be coming back to this Toyota dealer.
Honda dealers can do in and out in one hour.or less.

I had to wait for a second technician to handle servicing my vehicle and I was at your facility over 4 hours for an oil change and a coolant system flush.
