It appears in the receipt that the tires were not rotated. Your mechanics just checked the pressure, but did not rotate the tires. Please look at the receipt and you’ll see. The work order is clear, tires would be rotated.

My overall experience was pretty awful actually.  In the beginning of August when my car first arrived, I was the one reaching out to the service department for updates.  This continued for about a month until our personal lives took a tragic turn.  After I stopped calling, all communication on what was being done or where you were in the process was very sparce until there was none at all.  It would be nearly two months before I would once again reach out, this is when I started speaking to Allyson Maring.  She first profusely apologized for the lack of communication and stated she had planned to call me but found herself too busy to do so.  I forgave this stating I too had been busy and understood.  It finally seemed I had reached someone who would be taking care of me moving forward. In our next conversation, Allyson told me that all repairs had been completed and paid for by my insurance company and that my signature was all she needed to release my vehicle to me.  Based on that, and due to the low ball offer I received for my car from Miguel in Sales, I made arrangements to sell it to a third party.  A couple days after I set a time and date for the third party to meet me for the sale, Allyson called back to let me know there was still money owed on the repairs after all.  I was obviously shocked by the news and frankly the way she was handling it.  She certainly made it seem more like this was my fault rather than hers.  She acted like I owed her a favor rather than the apologetic and sympathetic tone she should have been taking since after all it was her not me who royally screwed up.  I let her know I wasn't prepared for this and needed to sell the vehicle in order to pay the cost she was asking for.  She mentioned maybe the 3rd party could write the check directly to the business instead of me.  This is where I got the idea to pay with a check instead of a credit card at three additional percent. Today when I showed up with my checkbook to pick up my vehicle, not only was I and my 3rd party made to wait quite awhile but the vehicle wasn't ready as promised. Allyson mentioned she would check to see if the car was washed.  Side note, when the vehicle was finally brought out, it was not at all washed and still had the service writing all over the windshield. She also mentioned that she would have to verify with her manager on whether or not they could accept a check for the repairs.  John, the manager who had been watching most of the interaction from nearby stepped up and stated that the company didn't accept ANY checks.  He stated that was the company policy.  I explained to him that it was Allyson that first mentioned the check idea which made him back peddle and say they could accept a company but not a personal check. When I called him on his obvious error, he got a bit more stern and said he needed to make this clear to me.  Wow, another person in your organization who acts like the customer is in the wrong for simply holding your employees accountable for the things they say.  At this point I had had enough and tossed my debit card down so that I could get out of there.  So to say I had a pretty awful experience over the last 3 months that I had to deal with your company would be an understatement.  This experience came nowhere near my expectations and I never plan to deal with you again.
