Your appointment setter told me that I would be getting a ride. The service team told me rudely that this the last time. Because they don’t do that anymore. Ryan the drive was amazing but your service and moral is terrible. Also I think the you should fire the gm. He is not good.

I came in for a recall which was addressed. However, it is unacceptable that recalls cannot be conducted on a Saturday. I had to miss work in order for Hyundai to repair their product. I also provided a couple of issues that I was having with the car. After five hours I was told that the issues couldn’t be replicated so nothing was done. I was also told that I would be asked to come back to test drive with someone, however I was there waiting for 5 hours. I should have been asked to do it then. One of the issues is that my brakes have squeaked since I got the vehicle. A brand new car should not have squeaky brakes. Every time I am told that it is just brake dust. Same result this time and I drove off the lot and the brakes squeaked. This is the second Hyundai that I have had and the second time I’ve been told that the service department can’t replicate and/or fix the issues. I’m now seriously considering leaving Hyundai because it seems that Hyundai can’t stand by their product appropriately. I spent a lot of money on my vehicle and it sounds like a cheap car with the squeaky brakes.

It did take 2hes from my appt time to do an oil change. It sat around for over an hr before they moved it to the bay. (New cars are wonderful they tell you when they are unlocked and such). I was early so I don't count that as wait time. Appts are made for a reason. I understand being busy....a good problem to have, but also timely service keeps you that way.
