The service experience was great once you had the part in and could do the work. My recommendation for improvement is to weekly call people back in relationship to the status of the part even if the message is that we have not received it yet and will follow back up with you next week. I had to call multiple times for the status of the part to be in. I have worked in customer service and you can make a file to call back until resolved. Even if you place on auto sailer or send text message either are appropriate. Thank you.

I was not satisfied because the combustion cleaning that my car needs was declined by HMA. I started the process of dealing with this issue two years ago. It’s documented that these engines are defective. However, it was very nice that Allyson offered to top off my oil for no charge. However, I will not buy a Hyundai again.
