I began taking my Hyundai Sonata to your dealership for an oil consumption issue approximately 2,200 miles ago. I was told there may be an engine issue and that an oil consumption test was needed. But I was also charged ~$2800 in repairs for an oil leak before the test could be done. The oil consumption test was an additional ~$83 and confirmed an oil consumption issue. Despite this, your dealership is refusing to cover the cost of the combustion cleaning and has offered no remedies for the current issue. Therefore I am out ~$2900 for a likely engine defect with no solutions to solving my issue.
