I brought my Ioniq 5 in to have a charging issue dealt with. Upon completion of the job my car was returned to me and I drove home to Clarmont. I discovered the door to charging port had been damaged during the service and so had to turn around and return to Cardinale Way, where I was told that nobody there was responsible. I was then told the part was not in stock and that it would not be available for some days. The door does not open and close automatically and does not close flush with the car. I was disappointed that the implication that I had somehow damaged the car myself when that could not have been further from the truth. So not entirely satisfied, no.

While my original problem was resolved and Hunter provided great customer service, my tire pressure light won’t go off. When I received my car I let the woman at the counter know and she had a mechanic fix it. Not 20 minutes later after I left, the light came on again. I appreciate that Hunter warned me ahead of time that the light came on after the new tire was added and they were trying to fix it. Since my car was ready, I thought the tires pressure light issue was resolved. It wasn’t. I will call when they are open to discuss and hopefully get resolved.
