The simple fact there was no shuttle service and was told it would take four hours. This is the first Hyundai that has given me that experience and has not offered a shuttle service. It is ridiculous and I will never be back.

I waited in the lounge for 6 hours for the work on my car to be done. I had been told that the wait would be 2-3 hours. Supposedly the service representative didn't know I was waiting in the lounge the entire time (even though when I was checking in by a service rep at the next table I clearly told him I would be waiting in the lounge after he had asked me what my plans were), which is right behind the wall. It could be so easy to check if I was there, or to text me, or to call me. Also, this time, my car didn't get a wash which I thought was not okay considering all of the above. A sales person waking by saw my frustration about everything and he was kind enough to offer to wash my car. I thank him for that. I am going that the software update that was done will solve my car's mechanical problem with the engine dying on me on busy intersections and freeways. This was the 4th attempt to solve it.

I called the service department for my vehicle oil change.
I bought the Santa Fe the dealership. She said my first oil change is free of charge., also service advisor said free of charge and then $80 total .
3 hours waiting time for oil change.
The car finished 2 hours and never received the call or notification.
Finally I walked to ask my car is finished he said yes.
