It took 5 hrs.for someone to tell me that it would cost me 3,000 to stop my seat belt from pinging. A little much and it cost over 2 hundred to tell me what was wrong with it. You do have a nice snack bar. But no Uber.Have a rep call me.

I came a couple of months ago when the renovations were not done on the building and I must say that it looks really nice! Everyone was super helpful and offered all of the amenities they have at this location. Great customer service.

Aaron was very helpful and I appreciate his service. But I took my in for a noise like the car is till running. I’m disappointed because it took four hours almost 5 to tell me that there’s nothing wrong with the car that it’s regular engine noise or the fan cooling the car. The car just don’t drive the same more sensitive to the surrounding vehicle driving by and alarm me. All good feature I’m sure . You don’t need to call me discuss this I’m just unhappy with the experience. Thank you .

Aaron was very friendly, he listened and addressed are concerns regarding the engine shut off when we stopped. They updated the computer on our vehicle. Aaron kept me updated on the process and they would take a test drive. But I had to call Aaron the next day because it was not working again. Aaron had us bring the vehicle back and the battery was low and charged it back up, works fine now. Very happy with the service & service department especially Aaron who kept me updated in the waiting room. Thanks again Aaron Acevedo.

Thankful to have worked with Allyson who truly listened and cared for our needs. As a mom to a newborn, I was particularly worried not having a safe vehicle to drive. She got us a loaner vehicle the first day and kept an eye out for a larger car to be able to fit our stroller in for the extended period they had our car. Can't say enough about how much I appreciate her help. Unfortunately, our experience was tainted by Hunter, the manager of service, who was rude and not in any way apologetic about the fact that our car, which had been returned to us "fixed" had the light come back on the very next day. To say I'm disappointed with the type of interaction I had on the phone is an understatement. As people who paid a lot for our car and would expect that after 2.5 weeks at the shop that it be fixed, I would expect the courtesy of AT MINIMUM some professionalism and not apathy and condescension. Being told that "if I don't like the service we received that I can find another place to get help or a second opinion" IS NOT the way to deal with an unhappy customer. Unfortunately, that experience peppered our whole opinion of Cardinale and makes us hesitant to come back for service.
