I was told, my car would be getting a car wash - no car wash. I didn’t pay attention before I left otherwise I would have let my service agent - Allyson Maring know about it.
Also I did not receive my multi point inspection results. She sent me a link but that link doesn’t show anything. I called when I got home and spoke with the other agent as Allyson was not available who looked into it and said would speak with Allyson and see if she could send it again. I would most certainly like to see that.
I have been a Hyundai owner since 2007, bought multiple cars from this very dealership, have had service performed at this service center before also and have been a satisfied customer but unfortunately not this time. I get it mine was a free service offered by new on all your new vehicles but still that should not make a difference. I had an appointment - @ 10:45 am & was there till 12:40 pm. I don’t mind the wait but then I accept things to be done well and completely.

Did review anticipated estimate for bushing to be replaced under front portion of car. Will request for revised estimate to include extended platinum plan purchase through Cardinaleway HuyundaiGlendora. Will send copy of receipt and detail plan through email for review. Fortunately still within miles and contract period. It should help to offset some of cost to repair in the near future.
