I'm following with corporate based on my negative experience. My service provider was not forthcoming and did not provide quality customer service nor did Jena Campbell have any care or compassion. It took 6.5 weeks to get my vehicle back when I was told on 8/9 it needed a new engine. The customer service representative misguided me and then was completely unapologetic. It was a negative experience from start to finish and am very dissatisfied and will never purchase a Jeep again based off this experience alone.

The process is never very smooth. I scheduled an appt at 730, and the doors don’t open until 731. Keith was good, very engaging and personable. The dept manager needs to spend some time in the department and figure out how to improve the Customer service. Having signs up telling me to rate a 9 or 10 is just plain lazy and insulting. Most of the people I have dealt with have wanted to assist the customers, I believe the management needs to take a closer look at the operation and make some tweaks in the process to be able to qualify for a completely satisfied score from me.
