I heard 16 min of horrible conversation on phone when service department called but failed to end call.
The things in writing I was told would be taken care of didn't get done.i was told they never said these things that I was making it all up.even tho salesman told them it was true.i called 2 times a day for 6 days -never got a call back went down in person-everone was schetchty and mad .I canceled all undone service and will never go back.ill go to a different dodge dealer if needed .there is a major problem going on in Santa rosas dodge dealer.i got drug addict vibe from a few

I originally bought my car from Lithia. When cardinale bought it I was concerned that my contract would be in jeopardy. Everything has been fine until today. After not being asked ONCE about 50,000 mile inspections, or service, I was told that my oil change package would not be honored because I wasn’t maintaining my vehicle. That was after being told today that I needed to pay 2400+ to be in compliance with my contract. This is infuriating. This is terrible costumer service and every person I talked to
Today told me this issue was my fault and my fault alone!

Mr Winkler was unhappy with having to provide free oil change service which is under contract and purchased when I bought my vehicle. He argued that my contract wasn't valid any longer because SR Ram was Cardinal way currently. He was threatening because I didn't add any additional services to my appointment yesterday. He said he was going to add a message to my account so that my future oil changes would not be covered under my current contract. He complained that I didn't add a major service yesterday. I told him I didn't have time yesterday to add any additional services and he continued to argue that I wasn't maintaining my vehicle properly and there was more to services then just changing the oil. He said he gets paid for adding service items to my invoice and he doesn't earn any $ when I only have my free service performed. He also said this is Cardinal way now and they would no longer provide my free services. I told him that this has not been mentioned to me on any previous appointments that I have made and attended at this dealership and my service agreement is still valid as Lithia nor has Cardinal way sent me any contact ammendment or cancelation. He was very argumentative and was unset to the point that he was displaying very aggressive behavior and his continued conversation was inappropriate through-out the entire visit. When he alled me on telephone to tell me my vehicle was ready for pickup he was rude and asked me how long it would take me to come a d remove my vehicle from the property. I do not appreciate this person's inability to conduct himself like a professional and to provide friendly support and service to a customer. This isn't the first time I have used this company for services or repairs. On this occasion it was only a free oil change that I bought a contract for, but next time it could be something completely different and more involving. You're service provider needs to learn how to look at the bigger picture and also provide quality service which is vital to all business and thats to provide friendly and professional service to the organizations customers!

Jena was very unprofessional as she never updated me on my vehicle while it was there for a month. She never notified me of what the technician found and what extra repairs that were needed on my vehicle. It took me to call and speak to the manager and director to finally get an update. Having prior experience being a service advisor I was very surprised how Jena treated a customer and wished I never had my vehicle taken to this advisor. Paul and Michael were amazing to work with and if I ever need to bring my vehicle back for repairs I would bring it to one of them.

Number one I told you. Exactly what the code was for my truck and you charged me $279 to tell me that I was right. Okay, fine. I understand I understand you need to diagnose it then you told me that I needed a new thermostat when I put a brand new thermostat in it within the last week and it had cleared that code. All of my IM monitors were clear yo I Kodi had was a permanent code from Dodge that wanted to get cleared. But then you wanted to show me a thermostat. In a housing for around a $130 are a little bit more for the 2 of them which I can buy for $30. Then you want to charge me $1700 for the whole job, including the diagnosis. But with the diagnosis and the materials, the housing and the thermostat that would cost about 4:00. So you're charging me $1300 to? Food in the thermostat and a thermostat.Housing that required you to take out 2 bulks that are very accessible.So if you ask me if I'm satisfied no I think you're completely ripping people off.
The charge $1300 for 1 hour job.Are you kidding me

I have had a lot of work done at your service center. I always get a text that says if you have questions text this #. Rarely do I get a text back and if I do it is not timely. I would like to be contacted if my truck is not done on time. I asked if truck was done no response then drove down to pick up as you had truck all day only to be told you need it another day.This has been a reoccurring pattern. I had transmission wirk done and had to bring it back 3 times until it got fixed. Just got truck back from service and repair. Repaired radiator light on and now light is back on.
