They just changed the oil. It was supposed to be free. Did 250.00 of what??? And did not look at the one problem I reported when I dropped it off. Then they said “sorry” can you bring it back tomorrow. I said no because I now live in Oregon. I have to drive back tomorrow as I work on Saturday.

3xs I've taken my vehicle in to be serviced & every single time something is not completed. I wait for 2-3 hrs for a simple oil change & its still not fully completed. I would never take my vehicle in for major repairs, as the techs lack attention to detail. I wouldnt feel safe! I won't be back to either purchase another vehicle (I've purchased 4 from lithia) or have my vehicle serviced again. Since changing ownership, the service has gone down hill
