The BSM system flashed a warning on the way home. I turned it off & can’t use it. I wish it had been caught during service.

Lexus I have learned has no clue how to train there service personnel on there evolving tech in the vehicles. I bought a new GX 550 not pleased with the purchase and product quality brought it in multiple times. The please that set the service appointment ask me a bunch of questions when schedule only to have to reiterate to the service write the information l since he has no information. Not a luxury experience in my opinion. I have owned Cadillac Rivian Gmc Chrysler infinity. Owned 100s of cars and this has Been one of the most disappointing experiences. If I could go back I would have not bought the car in the first place.
