I would have liked to been informed that my air filter was dirty and that my wipers were leaving streaks so I could have had them replaced during this service. Apparently, they are scheduled to be replaced three services in the future. My car had about 6,000 miles on it at the time of purchase. It’s possible that some parts may need to be replaced sooner. I will ask that the air filter and wipers be checked at my next service, but I would have appreciated the opportunity to make that decision while my car was in for service today.

My experience was fine. Maybe make it clearer where to go after dropping off the car, since you have a new setup. I went into the service area n the left and sat down, but nothing happened for about 15 minutes. I wasn’t sure whether I needed to go to the counter or someone would look for me.
