The service Director rectified the problem, but I found Taylor nonresponsive non-communicative, and kept my car way longer than it ever has been cut before. I appreciate regular service. Whatever was done after I told the service Director it did fix the problem. Taylor came back and handle the rest of my appointment well. Just wish it could have all gone, right
