I received outstanding service once again from this Lexus dealership. Alex went over and above to accommodate me and allowed me to have a loaner when there was more work that was going to be needed for my car and then offered to have someone bring me my car and pick up the loaner so that I would not have to drive back-and-forth through rush-hour traffic in the evening.
