I am satisfied with the car service and the courtesy car wash, but I was disappointed with the customer service. My experience started with the young woman receiving my car keys, followed by my interaction with Alex Uribe. The young woman did not greet me with a hello or good morning; she had a very flat affect, appeared tired, and seemed unhappy with her work, which made me feel uncomfortable.
While Alex Uribe was friendlier, he also did not greet me or ask how he could help. I waited about 10 minutes in front of his desk, and when he arrived, he didn’t say anything—he simply nodded for me to start speaking. I found this unprofessional.
Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of the car service but expected a higher level of customer care, especially from a Lexus Car Center Service

I left my car for almost 3 days to be Diagnosis report but nobody is calling for any type report of what’s going on with my car , that I made a call to the service section to leave a message 2-3 times to know exactly what’s the problem of my car and to when it will be fix.

The time it took for the service is quite annoying plus I have to call back for a follow up. Promotional discount coupon is not accepted and it’s clearly stated save or any service or repair.
