Yes, Alex Uribe is an outstanding and a customer oriented person provides a superb services. On the different note, the tire pressure seems over inflated on 4 tires. The readings were 40 psi while the requirements was only 35 psi.

Taylor Mckin, service advisor, did not communicate with me to let me know about the status of my vehicle on the second day. Three days later, when my car was ready, he did not call me to let me know. I had to call the dealership to inquire when my car would be ready. Taylor communicated very little about status before and after. I was very unhappy about his failure to communicate with me.
