The vehicle care was fine. The only concern I had was the lack anyone smiling or even saying hello as they walked by and ignored every customer. I sat and waited 35 to 40 minutes in the showroom waiting for someone to care that I was even there. I had a 9:00 a.m. service appointment and didn’t have any of your staff acknowledge my existence until I went and ask when I would be taken care of since it was 9:45 and my appointment was for 9:00. Alex did a nice job once he got to me which was only after another staff member called the service rep area.

The new facility is great. Very pleasant waiting area. Alex was pleasant and efficient in setting me up for service and loaner.
I think the “pull in” to leave car is unsafe. Maybe a designated crossing for people leaving cars and entering building would help.
Intake area to “write up service ”orders feels very cramped.
There’s a general feeling of disorganization but I think that will improve after “kinks” of being and moving in a new environment are worked out.
The young woman at the front desk has been especially helpful for the couple of times I’ve been in. She has gotten up from her chair and walked with me across the floor to help when I’ve approached her to ask questions.
Overall, my experience was good as it has been for years there. I am always treated well.

A quicker response time in service from drop off to finish. At minimum I am there for 25 minutes just to drop off my car and to pick up a loaner car.
