Unacceptable Experience with Lexus Service
I recently purchased a Lexus and, within just three weeks, noticed a persistent cracking sound from the vehicle. Naturally, I took it back to the dealership for inspection. After keeping the car for some time, they assured me that the issue had been resolved. However, the moment I picked it up, it became evident that the problem persisted, completely unchanged.
I returned the vehicle, expecting a proper resolution for an issue that should have been addressed from the start. To my shock and disappointment, I was told that this time I would need to pay for the repair.
Adding to the frustration, my service advisor, Glen, never returned any of my calls nor kept me updated throughout the entire process. On top of that, when my car was finally returned to me, it was dirty. The lack of care and attention to detail is staggering, especially for a brand like Lexus, which I expected to uphold higher standards of service.
It is absolutely unacceptable for Lexus to expect me to bear the cost of fixing a problem that should have been addressed correctly the first time—especially when it was promised.
I will be sharing my experience on Google, including names, to ensure that others are aware of the poor service I received. This experience has been frustrating and reflects poorly on both the vehicle’s quality and Lexus’ customer service. I expected more from a luxury brand.
