Glenn is fantastic! He kept me up to date on status, has a great attitude and is easy to work with. He is the best service representative (apologies if I got his title wrong) I have had since I began taking my vehicle to Lexus if El Cajon.

There were some things that went right but many other things that went really wrong. WHAT WORKED The detailing team did a great job of repairing the paint on the back bumper. As well as getting the car in beautiful condition. The finance manager, Christian floyd, was a tremendous help in the process. He was the only person that would return phone calls and emails. He made himself available to answer questions. I appreciate this to make up for his other co-workers that were of no assistance. WHAT WAS HORRIBLE I bought my car from your location 6 days ago and the sales experience, especially with the sales manager Patty, was horrible. No one in sales would return my emails, or even call me back, when we were in the process of me purchasing the car. If I really didn't want this car I would have gone to a different dealership. Patty made me feel insignificant. I guess because I wasn't buying $100,000 car she didn't even have the time to address my questions and concerns when the car that I purchased didn't have the temporary registration attached to it. If I didn't notice that when I was picking up the car I could have gotten a ticket with the police. Because the tags were expired. No one in sales would make themselves available to answer my questions about my car. Even when I picked up my car from service, my advisor Richard was more concerned about getting to meet his wife for dinner then to answer my questions about the brand new car that I just purchased. Like I said, Christian Floyd was the only person that would interact with me. Not the sales manager, not Fernando the other finance manager, and my sales associate was off the day I came to pick up my car. When I get my Lexus in the future, I will be going to a different dealership. I was so disgusted with the sales manager Patty she totally turned me off and I would never even take my car back to your location even to get it serviced.
