Once I found the service entrance things went well. I recognize that there is construction ongoing but you need better signage and information for customers.

Robert was very helpful, transparent and communicated well. He is an excellent service manager whom I give my highest rating and trust. Additionally, the web based app and video walkthrough was very nice. Loaner vehicle was appreciated, but I did not like the RX500.

I had my car in for almost 3 months with a transmission issue. I never once got a call or text from the advisor. If it wasn’t for my case manager for calling weekly I wouldn’t even have an update. Really bad at customer service or even a follow up when your car is in there for a big repair. Even when I have mentioned this to my advisor since day one. He always told me it was a normal concern. I never thought it was a normal concern. Finally I had All my warning lights they took me serious. **** that you have to have an issue or lights for them to actually listen to your concern. Worst is when they don’t even keep you updated about the repairs and parts being back order and not even letting you know when parts are here or what is going on. 3 months is a long time with no updates. When I finally picked up my car the service advisor no where acknowledge me had someone else do my paperwork. Nobody went over anything with me or wash my car. It was so dusty and gross. Honestly very disappointed in the service department since I been taking in there. I always take it back with the benefit of the doubt, but always have the same experience bad communication and a rush out the door. Makes you feel so unimportant when you bought a nice car with lots of problems. I get we are human and life happens but a little apology goes a long way.
