Cheryl did a great job of getting my Optima in to have the recall work addresses and corrected. She was efficient and friendly. My only wish is that KIA would consider the Steering Coupler that needs addressed on my vehicle as a needed recall. My vehicle barely has 65k miles, and I feel that KIA should honor there product and replace this defective part.
