My key fob battery was going dead and Toyota replaced the battery with a defective battery. My problem is that Toyota did not effectively communicate to me that that the battery was defective or they didn’t test the key fob before handing me the key. I am happy they refunded the battery but I had to go back to the desk to get the refund.
