Eddie was and has always been the top professional. I'm just hopeful that I receive the same service if he's not available. My only request is that I always have a seasoned technician perform the diagnostics and/or service on my vehicle.

For remarkable service, there is need to talk to the vehicle owner and explain the inspection findings. Sending text or electronic findings only isn’t enough. Example: Front “Brakes are bad and costs $153.00. Approve or not approve.” So what was wrong with brakes before I approve. And when I asked at the desk, the answers were curt, may be it was near the close of business and people had switched mind to going home. I will never come for service towards end of shift

I was told I had water pump leak last time in for full service but no rush for now so I said we can fix next maintenance. Came in today to leave vehicle all day and do oil and water pump and advisor said I can not look at last maintenance on water pump then wrote report that I think Ii think I had water pump leak then charged me 70$ yo check and said no leak when my over flow tank had went empty

Take a 30-45 minute service APPOINTMENT to THREE hours without any
Notifications from dealership. After two hours i went to service dept to enquire and they told me it was a sofware update. Had I been notified when the appointment was made i could have made other arrangements.
I made a VERY important drs appointment 3 hrs from my appointment time with your dealership. I was forced to cancel absolute last minute
To reschedule for SEPTEMBER!!! My health is worth far more than an automobile. Had I been told, notified or updated at all I could have made other arrangements. My appt was downtown charlotte not leaving me
time to make this the drs appointment. This was beyond awful on the part of your service dept. VERY pissed at this experience.
It costs me way more than a service. They offered a loaner 20 minutes AFTER i enquired about the hold up. It was too late to make my appt when they offered a rental / loaner. A $100 last min cancellation fee from dr.
Then they asked for my credit card to secure a loaner. Absolutely not!!
A drivers license yes but not my credit card AND my insurance card.
ABSOLUTELY NOT!!

Seeing all the suggestions add up when I was only there for an oil change didn’t feel great, but Clay Pickert was very helpful explaining things and coming up with good solutions.
